Your ride is confirmed. Below you’ll find what you can expect shortly before and during your trip. For the exact trip details (times/locations), please refer to your confirmation email.
1. Departure
We make sure your journey starts on time and without stress.
- 15 minutes before pickup: You receive a message (WhatsApp/SMS) with the live status or ETA of your chauffeur.
- The chauffeur: Waits for you at the agreed location, is easy to recognise and assists you with your luggage.
2. Comfort on board
Our vehicles are your quiet space or mobile workspace.
- Refreshments: Chilled water is available as standard.
- Snacks: A small complimentary bite for the road.
- Ambience: You decide on temperature and music. Wi-Fi is available on request.
3. Payments
To keep your journey smooth, we offer the following options:
- Already paid? No further action is needed. The invoice will follow by email.
- Still to be paid? You can pay via:
- Payment link in your email (in advance).
- In the car (card, credit card, cash).
- On account (for registered business clients only).
4. Changes & urgent requests
Plans can change. Please keep the following in mind:
- Standard: We kindly ask you to request changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before pickup time.
For last-minute changes we ask you to contact us directly at least 3 hours before departure. In these situations, partial cancellation fees may apply.
5. Manage your reservation
You can manage your Urbixx reservations through your personal account. After logging in, click on the “Reservations” tab in your account dashboard. From there you will be redirected to this overview, where you can see and manage all rides booked with your email address.
To view and manage your reservations, first log in to your Urbixx account. In your account dashboard, go to the “Reservations” section – this page will then show your upcoming rides.
