THE ROLE

As an Urbixx Host, you are responsible for the complete client experience. It is not just about getting from A to B; it is about providing a mobile sanctuary. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing executive transfers with punctuality and precision.
• Providing proactive service: opening doors, handling luggage, and anticipating client needs.
• Maintaining the vehicle in immaculate condition (interior & exterior) at all times.
• Ensuring strict discretion and confidentiality for our high-profile guests.
• Administrative correctness regarding trip logging and expense handling.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: Proven experience in executive transportation, hospitality, or high-end security.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Driving Skills: Excellent knowledge of Dutch road networks (Randstad focus) and a smooth, defensive driving style. valid CCV/Taxi pass is required.
• Appearance: Representative appearance (suit & tie standard) and excellent manners.
• Mindset: Flexible, service-oriented, and calm under pressure.
